As MJ said above me, depending on the area involved, it could run $150 or even more. I faced a similar condition two years ago and finally bought an electric pressure washer for $125 new. Naturally, I took care of what was needed at the moment, but I have found that to be one of the best household tools around. You might want to consider looking into that as an alternative. Depends on how big they are. I might charge someone with a large area $150 just because I would be supplying the pressure washer, chemicals and time for the job.
