im power washing and repainting my neighbor's deck next week. he doesnt know what the price range for this is and neither do i. i dont wanna get cheated out on this. he has some pretty intricate designs wrapping around each rail, which im sure is going to be difficult to paint. could someone please give me an idea of what i should charge per hour for this?How much should i charge to power wash and repaint a deck?

first of all if you are buying the paint charge that, if not don't worry.
if you have a gas powered washer and buy gas charge that, if not don't worry.
if i was doing this job i would charge any where from 10-15 bucks an hour, if it really is tricky work. if not then 7 - 11
If you are charging $7 to $15 dollars an hour and I do not have to pay taxes, workers comp, liability insurance, come to Illinois, that kind of price will get you hired all day long.
