How many of you power wash your home each spring?

and what kind of soap do you use???? any other methods? I have a power washer but have only sprayed my home off. Never used the chemicals.How many of you power wash your home each spring?
i live in phoenix, and we power spray with bug spray in spring and once a month during the summer. it knocks the dust off the house and kills the bugs!How many of you power wash your home each spring?

I do my house every year. I only use dish detergent
I plan to start that pretty soon. I wouldn't use anything but a gentle cleanser... perhaps a little Dawn. Mostly interested in knocking any mildew and dirt off. Any soap obviously gets into the ground, so be earth friendly!
I power wash my home ONLY when it really needs it. Power-washing forces water behind siding. Under normal conditions, this moisture will evaporate over time with no harm. However, in certain areas that have cool or damp climates, power-washing more than once a year is asking for trouble.
They have different types at your local hardware store/home depot/Lowe's

I guess you can power wash every year but I wait every 2 years. My painter told me so :)
