I'm wanting to add power washing to the services I offer people. The problem is, I don't know how much to charge. Does anyone know what a fair price would be to power wash a home? I would charge per foot, and bundle it or discount the price when added to other services.
I wouldn't charge more than 15% more than it would cost the homeowner to rent the machine and do it themselves, if that's the only service you will be doing.
